Job description
As the Account Manager Germany you will be responsible for expanding the Agrifac brand in North-East Germany, with the joint goal of increasing the market share in Germany. You will be an ambassador for the company and make representative visits and create positive impressions. In addition, you will take initiative and seek out new opportunities. You will work closely with your colleagues and manager, but will also be independent and autonomous. This job will provide you with opportunities to generate, follow and chase exciting leads and sales projects.

Job expectations:
·       Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with Agrifac dealers;
·       Visit, manage and motivate the Agrifac dealers;
·       Build an excellent business relationship with existing customers;
·       Actively search for prospective customers and generate new business;
·       Analyzing the potential and current market trends in your sales area and transforming these into sales- and marketing plans;
·       Taking responsibility for maximizing your own sales results;
·       Lead and coordinate direct sales projects or sales projects involving an Agrifac dealer;
·       Daily communication with other members of the Agrifac team in Germany;
·       Regular communication and coordination between various departments of the Agrifac headquarters;
·       Representing Agrifac at exhibitions;
·       Organizing and representing Agrifac during demonstrations.

The Agrifac team in Germany consists of 2 Account Managers and 2 Service Engineers and you will report to the Sales Manager.

Your profile
·       A degree in higher professional education in commerce;
·       At least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales function;
·       Experience in selling capital goods;
·       A proven track record of sales achievements;
·       You are fluent in written and spoken German;
·       Preferably, you are also capable of communicating in English;
·       You are willing to travel around your Sales Area;
·       You are willing to travel regularly to the Agrifac headquarters in The Netherlands;
·       Experience in agriculture is a plus;
·       You preferably life east of Hannover.

The offer
A challenging position of 32-40 hours a week. You work from home, but you also regularly visit our head office in Steenwijk (The Netherlands). In addition, you are often on the road to (potential) customers/ dealers in your sales area North-East Germany. You will join an enthusiastic and committed team where cooperation and results are central.
